On your departure day, our driver will collect you from the airport/your hotel in Puerto Natales and transport you to your estancia for the first night.
The journey from Puerto Natales to your accommodation covers approximately 130 kilometers.
For our set departures, the Torres del Paine Expedition is tailored to accommodate fit and experienced riders; comfortable riding at all 3 paces and cantering in open nature for extended periods.
You will spend between 6 to 9 hours in the saddle each day covered averages between 30 to 40 kilometers in a group of 4 to 6 riders, with powerful horses.
In addition to our set departures, we also offer private rides to Torres del Paine, allowing you to tailor your experience. You can customize various aspects of your journey, including the number of riding days, time spent in the saddle and accommodations along with other activities.

THE SCHEDULE
☼ A.M – Upon arriving from your flight to Puerto Natales, our driver will pick you up at 10 a.m at your accommodation or at the airport/bus station. Transfer by car to Estancia Cerro Guido to meet the whole team for lunch with a stunning view over Torres del Paine.
☽ P.M : Transfer by car to Baguales Glamping, your dome accommodations for the next two nights. A warm and gracious welcome awaits you, featuring a dinner prepared by a Chilean chef, complemented by fine regional wines, all served by the comforting glow of a fireplace.

☼ A.M – Upon savoring breakfast with a view over the majestic peaks, meet with the herd of horses, and your new companion for the Expedition. This first day will be a round ride itinerary, to help you get to know your horse and acclimate to the area, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable expedition. Ride through picturesque rolling hills covered in lush green grass, until reaching our destination – an old Puesto, where we’ll enjoy lunch.
☽ P.M – Upon savoring lunch, continue riding within Sierra Baguales volcanic mountains until reaching back the Glamping Domes for a well-deserved rest and diner.

☼ A.M – After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we’ll set off on an epic journey to the awe-inspiring Tetas Las Chinas. As we ride, signs of civilization will fade away, unveiling the untouched nature of Sierra Baguales and Patagonia in all its glory. Prepare to encounter a fascinating array of wildlife, from curious foxes and graceful guanacos to majestic condors, busy beavers, and a wonderful variety of bird species. If luck is on our side, we might even spot the elusive pumas later in our Expedition!
☽ P.M – The trail will lead us downhill, offering stunning views of the renowned Torres del Paine Blue Towers on the horizon. The excitement doesn’t end there, as we’ll eventually arrive at our cozy Estancia. Here, we’ll spend the night, sharing stories of our thrilling day amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia.

☼ A.M -Upon breakfast, get ready for an exciting full-day horseback ride to Laguna Azul, a picturesque and remote area of Torres del Paine, offering a great diversity of landscapes - verdoyant pampa to waterfall and turquoise lake. Its difficult access by foot or car makes it a natural untouched wonder, where we might even catch sight of native wild horses while savoring our tasty lunches on the way.
☽ P.M – As the sun sets, we’ll enjoy a traditional Patagonian meal, paired with the best regional wines – a must-try for your taste buds. Your accommodation for tonight offers an unforgettable experience, where you will be surrounded by nature under a starry Patagonian sky – afar from any civilization.

☼ A.M – Today’s the big day : We’ll be entering into the magnificent Torres del Paine National Park. Prepare for an exhilarating 9-hour horseback ride, covering approximately 50 kilometers of pure adventure. We’ll journey from Laguna Azul to Rio Serrano, taking in the stunning sights along the way—crystal-clear lagoons nestled amidst lush forests, majestic mountains, and views of glaciers.
☽ P.M – UOnce we bid farewell to our trusty horses in the paddock, there is a 10mins transfer by car to Pampa Lodge where we'll spend the next two nights. Settle in your cozy rooms with a view over Torres, before heading for a well-deserved diner.

☼ A.M – Upon breakfast, we’ll ride from Rio Serrano to Lago Grey, a journey of about 3 hours through the pampa to enjoy the last canters. After unsaddling, we’ll have to say goodbye to our brave horses, and head to Lago Grey Hotel for lunch with a stunning view over the Lake.
☽ P.M – Upon lunch, embark on a three-hour boat trip to Grey Glacier, where we’ll admire the glacier from the Southern Patagonia ice field and enjoy some calafate or pisco sour - There is a 30-minute hike to reach the boat.
Transfer back to Pampa Lodge for a last typical diner all together.

Riders must be comfortable riding at all gaits - walk, trot and canter - especially cantering confidently in open natural settings for extended periods.
You will spend between 5 and 9 hours in the saddle each day, covering average distances of 30 to 40 km on spirited young horses who love to canter. For this reason, stamina and good physical fitness are essential.

On The Patagonia Expedition, you will be welcomed and guided by 2 passionate gauchos, who are fluent in English and Spanish.
For the Patagonia Expedition, our partnering tour operator requires all participants to have adequate travel insurance and medical coverage in order to participate in the ride.
This insurance should cover personal liability, medical expenses (including emergency medical evacuation and repatriation), accidental injury, and holiday cancellation. Coverage must be valid from the moment your booking is confirmed until the end of your trip.
While our typical package rates do not include travel insurance and medical coverage, we are more than happy to include it for an additional fee (5% of the journey’s total cost).

To confirm a ride’s booking with us, guests have the possibility of sending a deposit through two payment options: Traditional bank transfer or Secure payment link.
Traditional bank transfer provides a secure and direct way to process payments.
Alternatively, secure payment link offers more convenience but usually include additional card payment fees.
We acknowledge that unforeseen events may occur and we are committed to providing our guests with a fair and transparent cancellation policy. It is important to note that our cancellation policy may be subject to variations based on the conditions of our guiding partners.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
- The deposit is non-refundable,
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure: 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
- Cancellation made less than 45 days before departure: 15% of the total payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided.
- Please note: A booking fee of $170 per participant will be deducted from all refunds.
